Packing machine application:

This packing line takes compound paper as the main packing material,applied for coil picking,auto packing,strapping stacking&etc of slit steel coils,makes the object well packed and strapping stacked,convenient for storage and transportation.

 

The horizontal steel pipe wrapping machine is specialized for wrapping horizontal wood panels, wood door, batten board and other horizontal objects. 

 

 

Packing machine installation:

The machine shall be mounted on flat & hard ground, where the ground load should be more than 1ton/m2.

Photocell sensors are adopted for fixing the packing position.

 

 

 

Packing machine installation basic operation:

  • Hoisting the pipe bundles onto the front conveyor line and ready to be wrapped, hoist the packed pipes away from the back convey line after package finished. The next wrapping process should begin after the back line cleared.
  • The wrapping material is tied, fixed and cut by manual.

 

 

Packing machine installation main features:

 

  1. PLC programmable control.
  2. Wrapping position reset.
  3. Both automatic and semi-auto working mode for different choice.
  4. Photocell sensors are adopted for fixing the packing position.
  5. Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.
  6. The turning ring is controlled by converter.
  7. Overlap rate of the wrapping material can be adjusted according to needs.
  8. Soft stop &soft start functions.
  9. Protective fence ensure safe operation.
  10. Packing material tension could be adjusted.
  11. Separate control panel makes operation & maintenance easily.
  12. Pressing down device and supportive rollers for fix the packaging position.
  13. Double-ring & double-rub wheel system make the wrapping more safe, stable & energetic.
  14. Automatic material feed & cutting system can be equipped for human operation.
  15. Material size are width:≤250mm,Max OD:400mm and the ID:55mm.
  16. Packing material are compound paper tape/knit tape/anti-rust tape/waterproof tape and LLDPE stretch film.
  17. The machine can be custom designed according to specific object size.
